What if this was all integrated into an iTunes plugin/toolbar -- one-click sharing to Twitter, and constant, playable stream of (tabbed) what your Twitter friends are listening to and what music is being shared via Playtapus?
That would be pretty hot. I had thought about a Twitter client with an embedded player that would could enable "playable twitter streams/stations", but hadn't really thought about the flipside of bringing in your Twitterverse into iTunes.
